GENERAL TERMS

The Betting company accepts wagers on sports and other events (referred to events as from nowon). All stakes are accepted according to the current rules and the bettor has to be familiar with all rules and has to agree with them.

Sport rules have more weight than the general rules.

Despite the fact that we make every effort to ensure that the site content was the most correct, all data on the current course of events are for informational purposes only. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the current score or time of the match. We recommend you always use alternative sources of information.

TYPES OF BETS

The Betting company offers following types of bets:

"Ordinar bet" – wagering on a single market. Win on "ordinar bet" is sum of stakes multiplied by the odds of the outcome.

"Express" – wagering on many markets not dependable on each other. Win on "express" net is the sum of stakes multiplied by each odds of each market. The Client can include any markets that are not depending on each other in combos. "Expresses" are counted as winners if all markets in express are predicted correctly. If at least one markets is not predicted correctly, the express is losing.

In "Express" betting is not allowed to include different markets of the same event (match winner, tournament winner) even if they are not directly connected. If incorrect forms of betting are included in combos the stakes will be refunded even if the computer programme has accepted the wager. Final odds for winnings on all classified betting forms are defined by taking into account specialities (hitting the spread on the handicap of total etc.), postponement of the event or the transfer of the event to another date. The transfer time has been defined in betting rules. In these markets the odds for winnings are "1".

“Pool bets” - wagering on a single event. Coefficient is determined based on the sum of bets on each outcome. Oppositely to ordinar bet, coefficient isn’t fixed at the moment of placing a bet, but rather after the bet closes. Win on "pool bet" is sum of stakes multiplied by the odds of the outcome.

Streambet offers an interface for placing pool bets on eSports. When betting on the outcome, you bet against other players, not a professional trader

How to play:

  1. Choose your bet amount. The bet selection window is in the lower right corner.
  2. Wait for bets to open. The window with the name of the market will pop up over the broadcast.
  3. Choose an outcome and place a bet by clicking on the "yes" or "no" button. A coupon will appear in the “coupons” column to the right of the window with the broadcast.
  4. While other players are also betting on this market, the coefficient on the coupon may change. When the timer expires, the bets are no longer accepted. The coefficient is fixed based on the final sum of bets.
  5. When the outcome is known, a pop-up banner on top of the broadcast window will show which outcome has taken place, and the coupon will be painted in the corresponding color (green/red).

MAIN TYPES OF OUTCOMES OFFERED FOR BETTING.

Bets are accepted on win of the first team or player (marked as "1" in lines), draw (marked as "X" in lines) and win of the second team or player (marked as "2" in lines). The bet counts as won if you have predicted the outcome correctly.

First team win or draw - marked "1X". The bet is a winner if the first team wins or the game ends in a draw. No draw (First or second team win) - marked "12". The bet counts as won if the game does not end in a draw. Second team win or draw - marked "X2". The bet counts as won if the second team wins or the game ends in a draw.

First Blood bet – one must determine which of the teams will first kill a rival player.

First Roshan bet – one must determine which of the teams will kill Roshan first.

Round Length bet – one must determine whether the round will last for shorter or longer than the proposed time in minutes. Only the integer value of the minutes played is taken into account, seconds are not taken into account.

The client can bet the matches with handicap (marked H). After the match the client adds up the defined handicap to the score of the chosen team. If the score for the chosen team is correctly predicted after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a winner. If the score is draw after the handicap has been added, the stake will be returned. In combos it will count as odds "1". If the other team wins after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a loser.

Total - the sum of certain actions completed during the match. To make a winning bet the client must correctly predict over (Ov) or under (Un) X certain actions that will be completed during the match. Individual total (iTotal) - how many certain actions the chosen participant will complete. The client must bet on Over or Under. If the score is exactly on spread the stake will be returned and in combos the odds will be counted as "1".

The handicap, individual total, and even/odd round total is shown in “deaths” unless the line specifies otherwise. A “death” shall mean the death of a character for any reason (killed by enemy characters, Roshan, creeps, etc.).

CONDITIONS OF BETS ACCEPTANCE.

The bets are accepted according to the line offered by the Betting company - the list of future events offered with odds by the Betting company.

Line changes (handicaps, winner odds, totals, limitations for combos, maximum stakes and others) can happen after each wager, but the terms for the wager left before the change remain the same as they were before the change. The wagers are accepted for the amount that does not exceed the account saldo.

The sum of stakes for one betting day cannot exceed the maximum stake for the event shown on the line (the line that has been filed on the same datum). If there are bets whose total amount exceeds the maximum stake, the bets are not accepted.

The wagers are accepted until the event starts. The wagers that are placed after the start of the event are not valid and the stakes will be refunded. These bets are removed from combos. The exceptions are so called live during the event. These bets are valid and will be refunded only if for some reason the bets have been placed after the event has ended.

The date and the time for the event on the list is informative only. A wrong date is no reason to refund the wager if the wager has been placed before the start of the event. If there is a wrong time on the list, the correct time will be the time on official documents (sites used by the betting company) and the realistic starting time of the event. Update of the results during the "live" event is only informative. In this case a wrongly specified result is not a cause for the bet cancellation. Bookmaker is not responsible for the accuracy of the results during the "live" event.

The Betting company accepts no responsibility for correct spelling of surnames, team names and names of places for the event.

The Betting company reserves the right to refuse and cancel bets caused by mistakes by employees or by the computer programmes (mistakes in odds and others) and other reasons causing incorrect bets. The management of the Betting company reserve the right to refuse and cancel all bets placed with incorrect odds or placed after the event has started.

The bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the Client has placed the wager and received a verification (a note on the site and the wager number).

A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are no reasons to change or cancel a bet if the wager has been registered in the server.

Loss of password is no reason to change or cancel a bet or to cancel a payout request.

SPECIAL TERMS.

If the event:

Was not held at an appointed date, and was postponed for more than 36 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on this event are calculated with the odds 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules for this type of sport).

Was interrupted and not completed within 12 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on the outcomes, the results of which are determined by the time of interruption, calculated according to these results, and the bets on the outcomes results of which are not defined, calculated with odd 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules of sport).

If the result is changed (protest, doping etc.) the original result will remain in betting.

If one of the players refuses to continue the match regardless of the reason (or is disqualified) all unplayed games will be counted as his/her loss. The result of the match and the payout will be calculated from this score. If the disqualification or refusal happens before the game is started all stakes will be refunded. If more than one participant (team) is announced as the winner of the competition, then bets placed on winning of these participants (teams) in the competition settle with odds 1.

Bookmaker announces the actual results on the basis of official records and other sources of information after the event. In a disputable situation, a mismatch results posted by various sources, with their obvious mistakes, the final decision of results determination for bets calculation makes the bookmaker. The correct results are defined by the results in the official documents and other official information sources. Video roundups are disregarded.

In the case where there is reason to assume that bet was placed after the outcome of the event became known, or after the selected player / team gained a significant advantage (eg the advantage in the score, sending off or substitution of player, etc.) Bookmaker reserves the right to cancel these bets (make a return), both winning and losing.

The company uses its own data about the actual course of the game for live-events betting settlement. If for any reason (such as loss of broadcasting, the lack of results in information sources, etc.) results of events can not be determined, these events will be settled with odds 1.

The Client must check that his/her betting slip is filled in according to the rules. If it has been filled in incorrectly regardless of why and who is guilty for incorrect filling, the Betting company reserves the right to refund the stakes and cancel the wagers.

It the Client`s saldo will be negative on his/her betting account after recalculation because of incorrectly entered result, the betting account will be blocked until the client transfers at least the amount needed to cover the negative balance. Otherwise the Betting company reserves the right to refuse bets from the Client. All wagers placed before the recalculation will remain valid.

The complaints will be accepted in written form 10 days after the result of the event has been registered. After 10 days no complaints are accepted. In the questionable situations, which do not have precedents, the final solution is taken by the Betting company.

FINANCIAL LIMITATIONS.

Minimum stake for wagering is the equivalent to 1 USD in the betting account currency for all events.

Maximum odds in combos are 500. If the odds are bigger than 500, the winnings will be counted as if the odds were exactly 500. However, the winnings must not exceed the maximum winnings for one wager.

The maximum wagering stake for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum stake will be defined by the the Betting company individually for each event and wagering form and it can be changed without giving written notice. The Betting company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for certain events like changing the betting limits for individual clients without notice.

Maximum payout for one wager is equivalent to 1 000 000 USD in the betting account currency.

FEATURES OF THE BETS SETTLEMENT:

eSports bets settlement is carried out on the basis of the General Rules, in view of specificity, which is inherent in a particular e-Sports discipline. eSports games with the type of Bo1, Bo2, Bo3 etc. (Best of 1, 2, 3, 5, etc.) - the total number of game maps in which the selected team should reach the prevailing number of wins. The winner of the match is determined by the amount of won maps. For example: for Bo5 necessary 3 wins, Bo3 - at least 2 maps, etc.

In the case of the technical defeat in the round (on the map) or full match, outcomes which are not defined by gaming competition at the moment of the TD announcement are settling with the odds "1". Reasons of technical defeats: DDoS attack, lateness of team or participant, replacement of player during the game and other circumstances by the decision of referees or organizers.

THE SPECIAL FEATURES OF RULES ON DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES:

Dota 2 / League of Legends

Final settlement is carried out according to data recorded immediately after the destruction of the main building (Ancient/Nexus) by one of the opponents. Similarly, the settlement will be carried out in the event that one of the teams will have surrendered (ancient/nexus in this case is not destroyed by the direct attack of the enemy).

In the case of the technical defeat in the round (on the map) or full match, outcomes which are not defined by gaming competition at the moment of the TD announcement are settling with the odds "1". Reasons of technical defeats: DDoS attack, lateness of team or participant, replacement of player during the game and other circumstances by the decision of referees or organizers. Settlement with odds of "1" is possible only until the game start (exit of creeps / minions from the barracks on the line). When a technical defeat is appointed, or at any unplanned situations (disconnect, exit (leave) of players from either team, etc.), all further bets are settled according to the results. A technical defeat on the map takes into account in the settlement of bets (win / Handicap / Total) for the full match. Numbering of maps in line, in the case of the technical defeat also takes into account the round (map) which were won by TD.

This discipline provide totals and handicaps on the murder (kills) the main characters and maps.

The advantage of the card before the start of event. Under the decision of the arbitrators / regulations, in some cases, the winning of one of the teams can be "in absentia" awarded in 1 card (do not confuse with a technical defeat or bet on handicaps). In outcomes with the total of rounds (maps) or winning in a particular (in sequence) map, this "absentia" map is ignored. Bet "First Blood" (first kill) is interpreted as the kill of the game hero by characters of the opposing team. Re-host, rebuild, rollback of game situation till the moment auto-save at a certain time (in the case of server crashes, network problems, DDOS-attacks, etc.) is not a reason for bets refunding.

Bets on this discipline are presented in the form of outcomes for:

Place in the top - position in the rating of the game which the streamer occupies by the time of the completion of his game.

Total of the rounds played by the streamer until the end of his game. If 30 rounds have passed, and the player completes the game for 31, then the result of the total for the rounds is the number 31.

Handicap - the difference between won and lost rounds.

The game is considered as held at the start of the 5th round. If the game did not held (4 rounds were not played), bets are returned. Any technical problems (loss of internet, crash, force majeure) entail a return of bets. Exceptions are cases like the following:

  1. 20 rounds were played, the bet was placed on a total of 15 over and a failure occurred. The total bet will be settled.
  2. 20 rounds were played, the bet was placed on a handicap +2.5 over and a failure occurred. Handicap bet +2.5 will be returned.
  3. The player entered the top 3, bet was placed at the entrance in the top 5 and crashed. The bet will be calculated if this entry into the top is guaranteed and getting out of the top 5 is impossible (example. the rest of the participants lost).

The official data source is a stream record or the stream itself.

Counter Strike: Global Offensive

All bets for Counter-Strike shall be accepted with overtimes taken into account.

If one of the players (or team) is removed from the match (for whatever reason), all remaining rounds/cards will be considered a loss.

In the event that a game is carried over more than 36 hours, bets on the match shall be subject to return with odds equal to 1.

In the event that a match is stopped by the referees and a rematch is decreed, the results of the stopped game will not be taken into account.

Winning a round is achieved by a murder of all enemies on the map, undermining / defusing the bomb or the end of the time on the timer of the round.

The game is started after the first murder in the "pistol" round.

Winning on the map is achieved by victory at least in 16 rounds (or, in accordance with tournament regulations). In the case of a draw on the map (when the score by rounds is 15-15), the organizers may appoint additional 6 or 10 rounds, the so-called "overtime" (OT). Winning in overtime is awarded to the team that reaches the advantage with a gap of 2 rounds or, if one of the teams can’t "catch up" the opponent in the allotted number of rounds (for example: when the score is 19-15, 21-17 etc.). In case of a draw (21-21) referees appoint another 6 (10) additional rounds.

If the event begins with the advantages in score of one of the teams, according to the regulations, or by decision of the referee, all bets are settled with the odds "1", except cases when the information was indicated in line.

In case of change the format of the match (the number of maps, rounds or other regulated standards) settlement is performed with the odds "1", except bets on the outcomes which have already been determined.

Bets with Handicap and Total propose on rounds, maps and murder (kills) in a particular period of time.

Bets on outcomes that are actually determined by the time of the interruption / retire of teams or the technical defeat are settled based on the results. Bets, the result of which is not defined at the time of stop, will settle with odds "1".

Bets are accepted as standard win / draw and the handicaps (murder, maps rounds), as well as specific outcomes, such as: "The winner of the N-round of the N-map" or "Winner of the Tournament", etc.

Starcraft 2

Bets on this discipline are presented in the form of winning outcomes, as well as handicaps and totals.

All bets are valid after the game starts, and the confirmation by the players and / or referees.

In the event of the technical defeat, assigned before the game, the calculation of bets is carried out with the odds "1". In case of appointment of the technical defeat after the start of the game, all bets remain valid (provided that the outcome can be determined at the moment of interruption and the announcement of the technical defeat of one of the participants).

HearthStone

The player who didn't finish until the end of the match for any reason (DDoS attacks, network disconnection), loses in the current and future games.

Overwatch

Bets on this discipline are presented in the form of winning outcomes, as well as handicaps and totals.

All bets are valid after the game starts. The beginning of the game is when both players got the first card from the deck.

In the case of a stop / interrupting the game (without the possibility to continue) or technical defeat, all outcomes that are possible to determine at this point, are settled based on the results. Outcomes which are impossible to determine are settled with odds "1" (assuming that the game will not be continued according to claim 37 of Regulations).

World of Tanks

Bets on this discipline are presented in the form of winning outcomes, as well as handicaps and totals.

Bets are accepted on a computer game FIFA (football simulator with 2 players take part in).
